Return Policy
We try very hard to provide as much information about our products as we can before you make your purchase. We understand that sometimes you just need to try the products out for yourself. So we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our return policy is essentially a 30 day money back guarantee. There is no restocking fee for any of our products. If you decide to return your order any time up to 30 days after your purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price of the item(s) you are returning. We are not able to refund shipping costs. So, for example, if you buy a set of Direct Sound EX-29 headphones and decide to return them, you will be refunded $89.99.
Return Authorization Request
We think our headphones are amazing. If you don't agree, send them back for a full refund. So that we can connect your returned headphones to your purchase, we ask that you obtain a return authorization number.
Please be sure to let us know the reason for your return so that we know if you need a replacement sent to you.
