Our return policy is a 6 month, 110% money back guarantee. There is no restocking fee for any of our products. If you decide to return your order any time up to 6 months after your purchase, we will refund 110% of the purchase price of the item(s) you are returning. So, for example, if you buy a set of Direct Sound EX-29 headphones for $89.99 and decide to return them, you will be refunded $98.99.
